All payments for NoCodeVista subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Refund requests are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.


1. Overview

When you purchase a NoCodeVista plan, your transaction is completed with Paddle.com Market Ltd., not directly with NoCode Vista. Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, meaning Paddle is responsible for processing your payment, issuing invoices, and handling eligible refunds.

This policy explains how refunds work, when you are eligible, and how to request one. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.


2. General Refund Terms

Unless required by applicable law or a statutory withdrawal right applies:

  • All transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • NoCodeVista offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your transaction date. Submission within this window does not guarantee approval in cases of fraud or abuse.
  • Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
  • If a refund is approved, your access to the NoCodeVista plan or feature will cease immediately.
  • Refund requests must be made within the applicable statutory or discretionary window described in this policy.

3. Statutory Withdrawal Rights by Country

Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this policy.

3.1 European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom

  • Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund.
  • This right applies to one-off purchases and the first payment of a subscription. It does not apply to subsequent subscription payments.
  • If a subscription includes a free trial, the 14-day withdrawal window restarts when the trial period ends.
  • UK customers on annual subscriptions receive a new 14-day withdrawal window at each annual auto-renewal.
  • The right does not apply to digital content that has already started being downloaded, streamed, or used when you have given express consent to waive withdrawal rights.

3.2 Turkey / Israel

  • Consumers have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from digital content or service contracts.

3.3 South Korea / Brazil / China

  • Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery.

3.4 Canada

  • Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or service contracts after delivery.

3.5 Singapore

  • Consumers have a 5-day unconditional right to cancel digital content or services after delivery or first access.

4. How to Request a Refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle - not to NoCode Vista. You can request a refund using any of the following methods:

  • Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your transaction confirmation email.
  • Submit a request via the support link provided in your receipt or within your account's billing page.
  • Visit paddle.net and select the "Request refund" option.

If approved, refunds are processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval.

5. Subscription Cancellations

If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - no further payments will be charged after that point.

6. Technical Issues and Product Defects

If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the features or benefits of your NoCodeVista plan as described:

  • Contact NoCode Vista support first at to attempt to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Paddle's support team at paddle.net with details of the issue and any response received from NoCode Vista.
  • Where there is evidence of a material technical defect, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact Paddle at paddle.net before raising a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, access to your NoCodeVista plan may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed. This does not affect your lawful rights to dispute a charge under card-scheme or consumer protection rules.


8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

NoCodeVista offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, request a refund within 30 days of your transaction date. Submission within this period does not guarantee approval in cases of fraud or abuse.

All requests are reviewed case by case. Relevant factors may include the nature of the plan purchased, the reason for the request, usage or consumption, and applicable contractual terms. Paddle may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request.


9. Updates to This Policy

NoCode Vista may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in Paddle's requirements or applicable law. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
