• All essential website building tools
• Data retention: 15 days (automatic reset after 15 days)

2.2 Paid Plan Features

• All Free Plan features
• No data reset limitations
• Custom domain connection
• Priority support
• Advanced features as specified in pricing plans

3. Data Retention Policy

3.1 Free Plan Data Reset

• User data, websites, and all created content will be automatically deleted every 15 days
• After reset, user account returns to initial state
• Users will receive notification before data reset
• No backup or recovery available for free plan data

3.2 Paid Plan Data

• No automatic data deletion
• Data retained as long as subscription is active
• Data deleted upon account cancellation or termination

4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Account Creation

• Users must provide accurate information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4.2 Account Termination

• Users can delete their account through account settings
• Upon account deletion, all data, websites, and organizations are permanently removed
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts for Terms violations

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Uses

• Commercial use of websites built on our platform is allowed
• Users may create websites for clients using our platform
• Users may use our templates and components for any legitimate business purpose

5.2 Prohibited Content and Activities

• Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Gambling or betting websites
• Illegal activities or content that violates Indian law
• Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Any unethical or harmful content as determined by NoCode Vista

5.3 Enforcement

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy
• We may remove content or websites without prior notice
• Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 User Content

• Users retain full ownership of content they create and upload
• Users grant NoCode Vista a license to host and display their content
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all uploaded content

6.2 Platform Content

• NoCode Vista owns all templates, components, and platform features
• Users receive a license to use our templates and components for their websites
• Users may use our templates commercially for their own or client websites
• Users cannot resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our templates

7. Payment Terms

• Other online payment methods (excluding cryptocurrency)

7.2 Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected

7.3 Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee for paid plans
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds processed to original payment method
• No prorated refunds for partial month usage
• Free plan users are not eligible for refunds

• Planned maintenance excluded from uptime calculations

9. Third-Party Components

• Users may create and use custom components
• We do not guarantee functionality or security of user-created components
• Users assume full responsibility for custom components
• We recommend using system-provided components for reliability

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by User

• Users may terminate their account at any time through account settings
• All data will be permanently deleted upon termination
• No refunds for unused portion of paid plans

14.2 Termination by NoCode Vista

• We may terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We may suspend service for non-payment
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by Indian law
• Any disputes will be subject to Indian jurisdiction
